In 2022, YouthServe introduced Birmingham’s only awards event exclusively recognizing the civic and service contributions of youth demonstrating the ability to BUILD community, CONNECT together, and LEAD positive change! The 2023 Awards were even bigger and better, building off the success of the inaugural event. The third annual Youth In Service Awards took place in 2024, and we were excited to introduce a new award: the Community Vote Award, which involved community members learning about and voting on their favorite youth-led projects. The 2025 event was a major success as well, and we look forward to hosting our fifth Awards Breakfast in spring 2026!
