The Youth In Service Awards celebrate middle and high school students across Alabama who are leading meaningful change in their communities. Each year, YouthServe recognizes youth-led service projects that address real needs: from food access to education, health, and beyond.

​Finalists are selected through a competitive process and recognized for their leadership, creativity, and measurable results. The event brings together students, families, and community leaders to celebrate the power of youth to lead and inspire change.

Launched in 2022, the Awards have quickly grown into a signature YouthServe event. In 2026, we proudly celebrated our 5th annual Youth In Service Awards, marking five years of uplifting youth voice and honoring the incredible impact young people are making across the state.
